The Winter Conference will be held at the Hilton Altamonte Springs. The FLGISA room rate is $104.00 per night plus tax. The reservation cut-off is January 15. Reservations received after that date will be provided on space available basis at the prevailing rate. The hotel is offering optional room types at non-group rate pricing on space availability.
FLGISA attendees can register for the winter conference online or by filling out the conference registration form. All member participants are encouraged to register in advance to avoid any delays at the conference registration desk.

Cyber Crime Bytes is the theme of the conference this year and will focus on security. Session topics include What's New and What's Next at NASA's Kennedy Space Center, Competency in Cybersecurity Workforce, Insider Threats, Preparing to Combat Cyber Crime Panel, Cyber Fraud, Windows 10 in the Enterprise, Microsoft Azure, A Positive Outlook on Information Security, Florida Lambda Rail, and Cybersecurity Critical Controls.
The FLGISA Winter 2016 is where technology leaders from Florida local governments attend to learn, share the latest in technology trends, foster new professional relationships and meet current and potential business partners. Conference attendees consist of local government chief information officers, technology managers, and other technology decision-makers.
