We are pleased to share sponsorship details for the Florida Local Government Information Systems Association (FLGISA) 2027 Winter Symposium, taking place at the Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista South on January 26-28, 2027.

The winter symposium is a great opportunity for technology providers to showcase new products and services and connect with those ultimately responsible for making purchasing decisions throughout the cities and counties in the state of Florida. Conference attendees include local government chief information officers, technology managers, and other technology decision-makers. We are expecting approximately 300-325 attendees.

BOOTH AUCTION – 8 available ($7,500+)
Maximize your exposure with a prime Sponsor Showcase location and position your organization where attendees gather, network, and explore solutions. Your sponsor table serves as a hub for engaging conversations, product demonstrations, and valuable connections with local government technology leaders.
Includes:
-Your choice of an 8×8 booth in the sponsor showcase.
-Four name badges, a listing on the mobile app, company logo on digital signage, complimentary lead retrieval, and pre-and post-event attendee list.
-If you win a booth auction, you cannot participate in the booth lottery.

BOOTH LOTTERY – 18 available ($6,500 each)
Put your name in the Booth Lottery for the opportunity to showcase your brand and solutions to local government technology decision-makers. Tables are awarded through a random lottery drawing, with selected sponsors gaining a prime platform for networking, engagement, and business development.
Includes:
-8×8 booth in the sponsors showcase.
-Two name badges, a listing on the mobile app, company logo on digital signage, complimentary lead retrieval, and pre-and post-event attendee list.
-Online lottery registration will remain open for one week, from November 2-6. There is no rush to register. You can log in any time during the week to register your company.
-After registration closes, one random draw will occur on Monday, November 9, 2026, after 12 pm EST.

-We will send out the booth registration link on Friday, October 30.
-Maximum of one booth lottery per company. You can share with a partner, but you will only receive two badges.

SESSION AUCTION – 2 available ($10,000+each)

Includes:
-One concurrent session on Tuesday, January 26, from 3:00-4:00 pm

-Does not include an 8×8 booth.
-Presentations may not be sales-focused. Attendees will be advised that sponsors will be speaking about specific technologies and solutions.
-Winner may also participate in the booth auction and/or booth lottery.

-Two auctions will be held on November 10 at 10:00 am and 11:00 am. (30-minute auctions)
-Starting bid: $10,000; bidding increments of $500.
-We will send out the registration link after the lottery concludes.
