SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS
The Florida Local Government Information Systems Association (FLGISA) is proud to recognize and support the next generation of innovators.
Our members continue to drive meaningful progress across local government organizations throughout the state, and we are excited to invest in the future leaders who will carry that work forward.
The FLGISA is pleased to offer 22 scholarships of $1,500 each to exceptional students pursuing higher education.
Eligibility
These scholarships are available to children of FLGISA member agency employees who are either:
• High school seniors entering college in Fall or
• Currently enrolled undergraduate students.
The scholarship application period is now closed for 2026. The 2026 scholarship award winners are listed below.
The next scholarship application window will open in February 2027!

Technology Achievement Awards
The FLGISA Technology Achievement Award program is an award presented by the FLGISA President, with the advice and consent of the Board of Directors at the annual meeting during the last year of the President’s tenure in office. The purpose of this award is to recognize both leadership (technical and/or organizational) and innovation in a community within the FLGISA membership. The FLGISA Technology Achievement Award is awarded every year.
